How to Fill

• Remove the mouthpiece
  Remove the press-fit mouthpiece to expose the filling chamber.

• Prepare the formulation
  Ensure the formulation is fully homogeneous and suitable for use with ceramic vape hardware.

• Locate the filling area
  Fill into the reservoir around the centre post. Do not dispense oil directly into the centre airflow tube.

• Fill slowly
  Introduce the formulation slowly down the side of the reservoir to reduce trapped air and prevent overflow.

• Do not overfill
  Leave a small amount of headspace at the top of the reservoir so that the mouthpiece can be installed without forcing oil into the airflow system.

• Install the mouthpiece
  Align the mouthpiece correctly and press it firmly into position until completely seated.

• Allow the device to prime
  After filling, keep the device upright and allow sufficient time for the ceramic heating element to become fully saturated before use.

• Inspect before use or packing
  Check the oil level, mouthpiece seating and device exterior for any signs of leakage.
