If goods fail to meet these standards, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable period, provided the defect is not due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

 

2.Reporting :

 

help us assist you quickly: Notify us of any defect within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (courier tracking date).

Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the defect.

Return goods with all original parts and packaging where possible.

 

Claims made after 7 days may still be considered under Section 56 for latent defects, but Terp Topia reserves the right to inspect goods to determine whether the failure was due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect handling.

 

3. Customer Responsibility for Proper Care

Customers must:Use all products according to manufacturer instructions;

Store items properly (cool, dry, away from heat, sunlight, or contamination);

Use only compatible accessories and equipment;

Avoid unauthorized modifications or tampering.'

 

🚫 IMPORTANT EXCLUSION – MISHANDLING & NEGLECT

Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be null and void if returned items show clear signs of:

 

Neglect or mishandling (cracked parts, liquid damage, burns, impact, rough handling, etc.);

Improper storage (heat damage, freezing, leaking due to poor storage)

Misuse, abuse, or overuse beyond what is normal or as per instructions

Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or DIY repairs.

 

Policy Void Clause: If products have been mishandled, dropped, physically damaged, or show clear signs of impact or rough handling, this Refund & Returns Policy will be considered null and void, and no refunds, replacements, or repairs will be processed.

 

Terp Topia reserves the right to inspect and test all returned goods to confirm whether the fault is a manufacturing defect or the result of misuse/impact damage.

 

4. Carts & Disposable Pods Policy

 

Mass-manufactured vape hardware has an industry-standard failure rate of approximately 1–2%.Carts

For FULL BOX purchases only, we ship an additional 1–2% overage to account for possible failures.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for individual cart failures unless a full box was purchased.

Customers must contact us for our specific warranty terms before claims are approved.

 

Disposable PodsDisposable pods follow the same policy: an extra 1–2% overage is shipped with full box orders only.

No refunds or replacements for individual pod failures outside full-box purchases.

5. Remedies AvailableIf your claim is approved, you may choose:

Repair of the defective item;

Replacement (subject to stock availability);

Full or partial refund via your original payment method.If a repair fails within three months, you may then demand a replacement or refund.

 

6. Return & Shipping CostsIf goods are defective or incorrectly supplied, Terp Topia covers return shipping.If returned for reasons unrelated to defects, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

7. No Returns for Change of MindDue to the consumable and technical nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted for change of mind once an order has been fulfilled.
